    Earn 20 CEC points and a nationally recognised qualification with Exercise NZ 


    To pass the course you will need to safely demonstrate 5 x exercises and progressions/regressions, design 1 x group class and design 1 x individual sesssion (parameters for this sesison will be given during the course), as well as completing a 30 minute assesment of your learnings.
